Member Eligibility

Account Registration

When registering a VV99 account, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. This includes your full name as per your identification document, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and the required identity verification details.

VV99 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified threshold. Players may be required to submit a copy of their ID, utility bill, or other supporting documents as proof of identity and address.

• Registering using another person's identity or false information is strictly prohibited
• The use of VPNs, proxies, or any other method to conceal your true location is strictly prohibited

• Contact VV99 support if you encounter any issues during the registration process

Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your VV99 account are subject to identity verification and fulfilment of the rollover requirements for any active bonus. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. General Bonus Terms

• For Sports Betting, bets placed after an event has started will be automatically voided if no active in-play option is available.
• Use of any automation software, bots, or third-party assistance tools that provide an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited.
• Any form of collusion between players (collusion) to manipulate game outcomes is a serious violation.

Player Conduct

VV99 expects all members to engage with the platform and support team respectfully and courteously. Unacceptable behaviour includes:

• Abusive language, threats, or harassment directed at customer support staff
• Attempting to hack, gain unauthorised access to, or disrupt VV99's systems
• Spreading false information about VV99 on social media or other public platforms
• Transferring funds between different VV99 accounts for the purpose of circumventing rollover requirements
• Using the VV99 platform for money laundering or any criminal activity

Any breach of the above may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and — in cases involving criminal activity — reporting to the relevant authorities.

Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility between VV99 and yourself. VV99 invests heavily in technical security infrastructure, but you also play an important role.

• Use a strong password (minimum 8 characters, combining letters, numbers, and symbols)
• Activate two-factor authentication (2FA) if available in your account settings
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices
• VV99 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or any other channel
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including those claiming to be VV99 staff

VV99 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to safeguard their own login credentials, including cases where a third party accesses the account using the correct credentials.

Privacy & Personal Data

VV99 collects and processes your personal data solely for the purposes of providing and improving our services, processing financial transactions, verifying identity, and complying with applicable legal requirements. VV99 does not sell players' personal data to third parties.

Account Suspension & Closure

VV99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Holding multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-player policy
• Intentional misuse of bonuses or promotions
• Identity fraud or the use of falsified documents during the KYC process
• Activity suspected to be related to money laundering
• Use of unauthorised bot software or automation tools
• Self-exclusion request at the player's own initiative

In cases of account closure due to a violation, VV99 reserves the right to hold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Any balance confirmed to be free of fraudulent activity will be returned to the player within 14 business days.
